Senior Manager - National Recruitment & Client Delivery

$130-150k + Bonus

We’re seeking an Accounting Manager ready to step into a leadership role with a fast-growing industry leading organization. This role will have a high level of visibility, make strategic changes to the department and help guide them through their growth phase.

What You’ll Do

• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and prepaids
• Manage fixed assets, bank entries, and month-end close processes
• Support quarter-end and year-end reporting
• Partner closely with the Controller on accounting strategy
• Assist with software reporting and post-implementation improvements
• Drive accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with GAAP standards

What We’re Looking For

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years of accounting & financial reporting experience (open to 6–10 years+)
• Hands-on management of staff, including approvals/reviews
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
