Overview

Position: Accounting Manager

We’re seeking a CPA/CMA/CGMA-certified Accounting Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead financial reporting, support process improvements, and manage a high-performing accounting team.

Base pay range: $110.00/yr - $130.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Oversee general ledger activities and ensure GAAP compliance
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Support financial audits and prepare audit deliverables
• Enhance internal controls and optimize accounting processes
• Manage ASC 842 lease accounting and perform consolidations
• Collaborate on ERP improvements and special finance projects
• Provide technical accounting guidance and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s in Accounting; CPA, CMA, or CGMA required
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
• ERP implementation or conversion experience is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
