Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee multiple areas of the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering alignment and operational excellence.
- Partner with leadership to implement process improvements, strengthen workflows, and enhance internal controls.
- Provide technical accounting support, including research on applicable regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, manage ASC 842 lease accounting, and perform consolidations.
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate audit deliverables.
- Contribute to special projects, system implementations, and analytical initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA, CMA, or CGMA designation required.
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally spanning public and private sectors.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP; ERP system conversion experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

- Solid understanding of advanced accounting principles and financial management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
