Overview

Accounting Manager with a strong background in GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and team leadership. This role oversees monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, supports the annual audit, ensures technical accounting accuracy, and drives process improvements across the finance function.

Base pay range

$120.00/yr - $130.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage audit deliverables and oversee external audits
• Provide technical accounting guidance and policy implementation
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Qualifications

• CPA, CMA, or CGMA – Required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including Big 4 or public accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Experience with consolidations, lease accounting (ASC 842), and financial audits
• ERP systems and financial reporting tools experience a plus
