What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  
• CPA, CMA, or CGMA designation required
  
• 5-7 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally with both public and private backgrounds
  
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting standards
  
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
  
• Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with GAAP
  
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth
  
• Implement and enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting accuracy
  
• Collaborate across departments to improve financial workflows and performance
  
• Manage ASC 842 lease accounting, financial consolidations, and audit deliverables
  
• Contribute to special projects and broader financial strategy
