Job Title: Accounting Manager

Salary: $110,000-$130,000

Location: Portland, Oregon

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules
• Supervise A/P and A/R operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls
• Maintain fixed assets and lease accounting schedules in accordance with ASC 842
• Support financial reporting, budget variance analysis, and preparation of consolidated statements
• Provide audit support for annual financial audit
• Partner with leadership to drive process improvements, enhance workflows, and optimize ERP usage
• Lead, mentor, and support the accounting team as the role transitions into a management capacity

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with monthly close processes and internal reporting
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
