LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing industry leader to hire an Accounting Manager in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with strong GAAP knowledge and a passion for leadership and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily accounting operations across multiple locations
- Supervise a team of five accounting professionals
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Manage intercompany transactions, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls
- Support cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital
- Oversee payroll, fixed assets, tax filings (sales, use, franchise), and audit prep
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience in multi-entity or fast-growth environments is a plus
