LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing industry leader to hire an Accounting Manager in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with strong GAAP knowledge and a passion for leadership and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily accounting operations across multiple locations
  • Supervise a team of five accounting professionals
  • Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes
  • Manage intercompany transactions, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls
  • Support cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital
  • Oversee payroll, fixed assets, tax filings (sales, use, franchise), and audit prep
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
  • Experience in multi-entity or fast-growth environments is a plus
