Schedule
- Medical Secretary / Nurse Support: 3 set weekdays each week (part-time schedule; exact days confirmed during interview).
- Resident Assistant Rotation: 2 shifts every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday), providing direct resident care.

Medical Secretary / Nurse Support
- Provide clerical support for the nursing team (scheduling, communication, records management)
- Maintain accurate resident medical files and documentation
- Assist with coordination of care and follow-up tasks
- Assist residents with daily living activities (personal care, meals, mobility support)
- Promote a safe, caring, and home-like environment
- Support residents, families, and colleagues with professionalism and compassion
Who We're Looking For
• Prior medical/clinical or healthcare administrative experience required
• Strong organizational & communication skills (detail-oriented multitasker)
• Compassion for seniors and a desire to serve both behind the desk and hands-on
• Ability to work 3 weekdays + every other weekend rotation
Reports to: Business Office Manager & Resident Services Director
