Litigation Secretary – Overview

Senior Litigation Secretary sought to support a high-performing litigation group at a dynamic and expanding law firm in Sacramento. The role emphasizes extensive litigation support and complex calendaring.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, and filings.
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel with professionalism and discretion.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
• Support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation secretary.
• Proven expertise in calendaring for litigation matters.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain discretion while working with high-profile clients.
• Familiarity with California court procedures and filings.
