Litigation Secretary – Overview

Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain litigation calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, and filings.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents with speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel with professionalism and discretion.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
- Support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation secretary.
- Proven expertise in calendaring for litigation matters.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain discretion while working with high-profile clients.
- Familiarity with California court procedures and filings.
