Conrad Indianapolis is looking for a Security Officer to join the Security Team. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a Fortune 500 company within a sophisticated luxury brand. The hotel features 241 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and two food and beverage outlets: The Lounge and in-room dining.

Shift: PM and overnight availability required – must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $17 per hour plus full-time benefits

Responsibilities

• Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions
• Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed
• Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
