Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Metairie, LA. The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling phone calls with proper etiquette, providing administrative assistance, and performing various clerical tasks. The Office Assistant will also support communication within the office and help maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Bi-lingual Speaking: English and Spanish
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
