Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet visitors and clients upon their arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure sufficient stock.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos and emails.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or similar is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an office environment or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
