Job Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Mortgage Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support to the office, greet visitors, answer phone calls, and coordinate office activities. The Mortgage Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for handling basic clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and processing mail.

Mortgage Administrative Assistant Duties And Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
  • Provide administrative support to the office, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Set up and maintain filing systems and databases
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering materials as necessary
  • Process and track invoices and payments
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and other office events
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed

Mortgage Administrative Assistant Requirements And Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Knowledge of mortgage loans and FHA loans (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and prioritize work
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
