Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator with basic accounting skills to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and providing essential administrative and financial support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office organization.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Basic accounting knowledge (QuickBooks, Excel, or similar software experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
