Position Summary

As a Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, lead staff, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and maintain service standards. You will also collaborate with kitchen staff, monitor inventory, and control costs. The ideal candidate is a professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Essential Job Functions

• Oversee daily operations, including food prep, guest relations, and service standards.
• Manage cash handling, safety, and tip reconciliation.
• Participate in inventory counts and manage food and beverage costs.
• Handle scheduling, training, and staff management.
• Ensure food quality and safety compliance.
• Engage with guests, lead team meetings, and manage labor needs.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Demonstrated employment stability.
• College degree in business or hospitality preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., reach up to 6 feet, and work in confined spaces as needed.

Additional Information

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually.
