Overview

In collaboration with Park Hyatt Seoul and a luxury brand, this project unites visionary cuisine and luxury hospitality to deliver an immersive, world-class gastronomic experience. The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Restaurant Assistant Manager, who will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of a restaurant in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off-site. This position assists the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the restaurant operates in alignment with its concept and Hyatt International standards. This position is ranked as Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the off-site restaurant in partnership with a luxury brand boutique.
• Support the Restaurant Manager to ensure operations align with the restaurant concept and Hyatt International standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end standalone restaurants, or cocktail bars.
• Curious, service-minded, and culturally aware.
• Communicate effectively in Korean and English; Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
