Join the Team at Most Innovative Luxury Restaurant in Seoul – Park Hyatt Seoul. A collaboration between Park Hyatt Seoul and a luxury boutique brand, this project unites visionary cuisine and luxury hospitality to deliver an immersive, world-class gastronomic experience. The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Restaurant Team Leader who will assist with the efficient running of a restaurant in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off-site. The restaurant Team Leader will assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring courteous and professional service in accordance with the established operating concept. This position is ranked as Team Leader.

For context, the project is led by a Korean-born chef awarded two Michelin stars in New York and ranked No.1 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, blending global innovation with Korean heritage.

Location: Off-site partnership with a luxury brand boutique (Park Hyatt Seoul).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the efficient running of a restaurant in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off-site.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring courteous and professional service in accordance with the established operating concept.
  • Support the team in delivering a world-class gastronomic and hospitality experience.

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end standalone restaurants, or cocktail bars.
  • Curious, service-minded, and culturally aware.
  • Effective communication in Korean and English; Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments and values consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
