Role: Lead Recruiting Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Hybrid: 3 days in office

Compensation range: $110-120k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a top tier global quant hedge fund looking for a Lead Recruiting Coordinator to join their team.

Working in a tight-knit and collaborative team you will be in a player coach role including managing a small team of coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Managing candidate interview scheduling and logistics
• Managing the team including hiring, training, performance management, and feedback
• Partnering with business stakeholders and external agencies to support the recruitment process

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a recruitment coordinator/within talent acquisition.
• Experience managing a team or mentoring junior team members would be preferred.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working within a financial or professional services firm would be beneficial but not required
