Job Title: Recruiting Assistant (0-3 years)
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46225
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $24.25/Hr on W2
Key Responsibilities
" Managing Interview Suites: Oversee the preparation of interview suites to ensure a professional and comfortable environment for candidates.
" Day 1 New Employee Experience: Be available to assist the organization Day 1 orientation for new employees, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to start their journey with us.
" I-9 Verifications: Help with the verification of I-9 forms for new employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
" Candidate Reimbursements: Process and complete reimbursements for candidate expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
" Support for Candidate Care Team: Provide various forms of support to the candidate care team, including administrative tasks, coordination of events, and other duties as needed.
