CFS is hiring an Executive Recruiter. This is a sales role responsible for obtaining new clients and maintaining existing accounts; recruiting and interviewing top accounting and finance talent; “match making” professionals with opportunities; and building long-standing relationships with accounting and finance decision makers.

The ideal candidate is an energetic and ambitious educator looking to leverage teaching experience into a rewarding career in sales and recruiting. You will use strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new clients and maintain existing accounts
• Recruit and interview top accounting and finance talent
• Match professionals with opportunities and build long-standing relationships with decision makers
• Develop an understanding of industries in the area and provide value to hiring managers and professionals

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Skilled in building relationships and communicating confidently with all levels of an organization
• Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Good sense of humor

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
• Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission; average year 1 OTE $65,000 - $75,000; year 2 and beyond $70,000 - 100,000+
