Career Change - Accounting to Sales/Recruiting

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is hiring Executive Recruiters. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with accounting and finance professionals, with a balance of client development and candidate recruiting. 50% of the focus is on client development and 50% is on recruiting and candidate development. You will work with your team to manage the process for direct-hire placement of Accounting and Finance positions ranging from entry-level to executive level, from searching and prospecting through to successful placements.

• Collaborate with the team on client development and recruiting strategies

Qualifications

• Interest in a career change from accounting to sales/recruiting; prior accounting exposure is common among successful recruiters
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $50,000 - $100,000 per year
• Uncapped commission; typical first-year OTE $70,000 - $80,000; potential for higher earnings with performance
