CFS is hiring an Executive Recruiter. This is a sales role responsible for obtaining new clients and maintaining existing accounts; recruiting and interviewing top accounting and finance talent; “match making” professionals with opportunities; and building long-standing relationships with accounting and finance decision makers.
The Executive Recruiter connects with hiring managers and professionals, learns about a ton of industries in their area, provides a valuable service that is win-win-win, and has an opportunity to make a significant impact on the business and their career path.

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Skilled in building relationships and communicating confidently and effectively with all levels in an organization
- Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player; have a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven industry.
- Good sense of humor
- Compensation: Base salary $50,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission. Average year 1 OTE $65,000 - $75,000. Year 2 and beyond $70,000 - 100,000+.
