Overview

Search Manager at Adecco Permanent Recruitment – Manufacturing Engineer. Are you ready to take the lead on impactful projects while shaping the future of manufacturing excellence? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who can bring strong technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and leadership to our engineering team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to guide projects from concept through completion, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and process improvement
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead meetings and influence cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with engineering and analysis tools (SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabView, Minitab, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP or MRP systems is a plus
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (we cannot sponsor visas at this time)

What You Will Do

• Lead and support engineering projects from design through implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Mentor and collaborate with design engineers throughout the development cycle
• Provide technical solutions for complex manufacturing challenges and customer issues
• Analyze failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and safety
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and lead teams during early design phases
• Communicate project status and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Stay engaged with industry groups to keep skills and knowledge current
