Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and oral examinations
• Perform dental cleanings and assist dentists during procedures
• Document patient medical history and treatment plans accurately
• Utilize Dentrix or Epic software for patient records
• Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
• Monitor vital signs and educate patients on oral hygiene practices
• Assist in dental office tasks as needed
• Code and bill for dental procedures using medical coding standards

Experience

• Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist
• Familiarity with Dentrix or Epic software preferred
• Strong knowledge of infection control practices
• Proficiency in patient assessment and medical documentation
• Ability to assist in various dental procedures
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and vital sign monitoring
