Job Overview: Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions. They are committed to providing a best-in-class customer experience while meeting performance targets in sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serving and selling to customers while delivering a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty
  • Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding
  • Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems
  • Maximize time on shift by learning about wireless innovations and technology between customer interactions
  • Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Customer Satisfaction: Advocate with the desire to connect meaningfully with customers while balancing experience and performance goals (Required)
  • Team Building: Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, share best practices, and resolve customer issues (Required)
  • Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Hourly Base Pay: $19.00
Annualized Incentive Target: $6,552

Successful candidate's actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
