Job Overview
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs and the Retail experience continually evolve. They focus on meaningful connections with customers, building new and deepening existing relationships, and uncovering customer needs while educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. Mobile Experts meet performance targets across sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.
Job Responsibilities
- Serving and selling to customers, while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty
- Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
- Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
- Makes the most of time on shift by seeking information between customers and learning about wireless innovations
- Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
Education and Work Experience
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Customer Satisfaction: Passionate advocate with the ability to connect with customers and balance experience with performance goals (Required)
- Team Building: Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, share best practices, and help resolve issues (Required)
- Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)

Compensation
Hourly Base Pay: $19.00
Annualized Incentive Target: $6,552
Successful candidate’s incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
