The Commodity Insights Commercial and CX Graduate Program begins with an intensive 5-week onboarding in our London office. You will be a primary contact for clients, providing solutions and training on CI products through virtual and onsite visits.
The program includes rotations across customer success, sales, channel management and marketing to give a holistic view of the business. Graduates will complete certification milestones and undergo a rigorous evaluation process. As you progress, you may support the sales team and contribute to revenue growth.
You will contribute to S&P Global Commodity Insights’ mission of providing high-quality price assessments and analytical information to global financial and commodity markets. Our real-time news, pricing and analytical services support market transparency and efficiency worldwide. We serve more than 10,000 customers in 150 countries with offices on five continents. You will join a globally diverse and growing organization with a strong corporate culture. Our data, analytics, and research help customers make informed business decisions.
We seek high achievers from a diverse pool of current undergraduates or recent graduates who are passionate about energy and commodities markets and want to develop in a dynamic, high-performing, multicultural Commercial and CX team. You should demonstrate intellectual curiosity, creativity, learning agility, problem-solving, and effective networking. Proficiency in Generative AI technologies and ability to leverage these tools for innovative solutions is highly valued.
What’s in it for you:
You will join a cohort of Commercial and CX Associates and be introduced to world-class experts in various commodities. Presentations on how commodity markets work and insights on global economic, political, technological and legal issues will be provided. An e-learning curriculum will offer foundational knowledge about technical aspects of commodities and markets. You will have opportunities to present topics to senior management and receive feedback. You will learn to use CI products, Excel add-ins and CRM systems. You will be challenged daily with a steep learning curve and will work with a broad range of clients, including governments, investment banks, commodity trading houses, major oil and gas companies, hedge funds, and industry partners. Career paths after the initial 18 months include Regional Sales, Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel Partner Management.
