Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls according to company procedures.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation for easy access.
- Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Manage office supply inventory, request orders, and handle distribution.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for office staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Strong organizational skills with a capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear information exchange.
