A well-established investment firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of its office. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who takes pride in creating a polished, efficient, and professional work environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations, including greeting guests, handling calls, and coordinating supplies
  • Provide general administrative support across teams, including meeting coordination and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and well-functioning office environment
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Support onboarding logistics and assist with internal communications
  • Help plan and execute internal events and meetings as needed
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail at all times
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle tasks with discretion and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range of $75,000 $85,000, based on experience
  • 100% of benefits paid by the employer
