Position Overview
The Office Manager will be instrumental in maintaining an organized and professional environment. This role involves managing office logistics, coordinating with vendors, supporting internal teams, and serving as a key point of contact for operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily office functions including supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Manage conference room scheduling, visitor coordination, and general office upkeep
- Liaise with building management and service providers to ensure smooth operations
Team Support
- Provide administrative support to senior staff as needed
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires
- Coordinate internal events and team meetings
Process & Efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows
- Maintain documentation and records related to office procedures
- Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 1–3 years of experience in office management or administrative support
- Prior experience in financial services environment

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness
