Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Efficiently select and gather products for online orders, maintaining quality and freshness.
2. Complete the order selection process and assemble customer orders.
3. Process payments, handle coupons, and load orders into customers' vehicles.
4. Scan and bag items following standards, communicating substitutions or issues to customers.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
6. Follow safety, legal, and company policies, including food safety procedures.
7. Ensure order accuracy and quality, and respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
8. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
9. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Experience

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
