Responsibilities include selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders efficiently, assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and delivering orders to customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service, demonstrate company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Follow all bagging standards and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety laws, company guidelines, and store policies.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality, and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, and assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
