Key Responsibilities: Prepare federal, state, and local corporate tax returns and supporting schedules
Perform tax research, analysis, and compliance activities for multiple entities
Assist with tax planning, audit preparation, and year-end reporting
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement process improvements as needed
Qualifications: 2-7 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in public accounting or corporate settings
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
