Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit invoices and payment requests to various funding agencies in compliance with federal and state guidelines
Act as liaison between program teams and funding agencies to resolve accounts receivable issues
Reconcile and prepare periodic progress reports and budget modifications for grant-funded projects
Support grant budget preparation and variance analysis
Perform general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and payroll reclassifications related to grants
Collaborate with program directors to ensure accurate financial reporting and grant compliance
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting, including grant billing and compliance
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred
