Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle AP processing for the residential portfolio in a high-volume, multi-entity environment
Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices and expense reports
Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain strong vendor relationships
Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and support for month-end close as needed
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance in all AP functions
Qualifications: 2-5 years of accounts payable experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
