Controller
will oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, while providing insights to leadership and supporting business growth initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on finance professional ready to influence strategy and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and KPI reporting in compliance with GAAP
Lead budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
Supervise and mentor accounting staff while fostering process improvements and system efficiencies
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, operational decision-making, and ERP/system enhancements
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
7-10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles
Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, and budgeting experience
Prior manufacturing accounting experience preferred
ERP system expertise and advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to lead teams, influence leadership, and drive process improvements
