Role Overview: Senior Accountant
As a
Senior Accountant , you'll take ownership of a wide range of core accounting responsibilities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and be a key player in financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning support. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the
month-end close
process
Prepare and analyze
financial statements
Assist in
budget development and monitoring
Record and reconcile
journal entries
Perform
account reconciliations
and variance analysis
Support
ad hoc financial projects
and reporting initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum
2 years of accounting experience
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial systems and Excel
Nonprofit experience is a plus but not required
