Senior Product Manager Global Workplace Mobility
INTROLINX INC, San Francisco, California, United States, 94199
Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead global workplace mobility solutions. Candidates with experience designing workplace technology for real estate/property/facilities or for one of the major co-working and flexible office providers are especially encouraged to apply. You will design and deliver enterprise and consumer-facing products that let employees seamlessly book conference rooms across time zones, reserve desks in multiple offices, request laptops and equipment, and optimize workplace usage worldwide.
This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on execution—enabling productivity at scale for a workforce of 100,000+ across mobile and web (≈75% business use / 25% consumer use). You’ll apply data science and AI/ML to create delightful, efficient experiences in physical workplaces and lead integrations with sensors, IoT, and enterprise platforms to orchestrate shared resources (rooms, desks, devices, meals, rides, and services).
Preferred domain context: Background building software for real estate, property/facilities management, or one of the major co-working and flexible office providers. Experience supporting large shared-workspace operations maps directly to global office challenges—booking, space optimization, community features, member/visitor services. Exposure to campus & executive safety, culinary services, facilities/building management, parking, and employee transportation (e.g., shuttle systems) is highly relevant.
