Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead global workplace mobility solutions. Candidates with experience designing workplace technology for real estate/property/facilities or for one of the major co-working and flexible office providers are especially encouraged to apply. You will design and deliver enterprise and consumer-facing products that let employees seamlessly book conference rooms across time zones, reserve desks in multiple offices, request laptops and equipment, and optimize workplace usage worldwide. This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on execution—enabling productivity at scale for a workforce of 100,000+ across mobile and web (≈75% business use / 25% consumer use). You’ll apply data science and AI/ML to create delightful, efficient experiences in physical workplaces and lead integrations with sensors, IoT, and enterprise platforms to orchestrate shared resources (rooms, desks, devices, meals, rides, and services). Preferred domain context: Background building software for real estate, property/facilities management, or one of the major co-working and flexible office providers. Experience supporting large shared-workspace operations maps directly to global office challenges—booking, space optimization, community features, member/visitor services. Exposure to campus & executive safety, culinary services, facilities/building management, parking, and employee transportation (e.g., shuttle systems) is highly relevant.

What You’ll Do

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for global workplace mobility tools. Deliver scalable mobile and web applications for desk, meeting-room, and equipment booking integrated with enterprise systems. Solve for global complexity: time zones, localization, accessibility, privacy, and compliance. Integrate with IoT devices/workplace sensors (occupancy, badging, wayfinding) and existing enterprise platforms. Use analytics, experimentation, and ML-driven recommendations to improve UX, adoption, and space utilization. Partner with Engineering, UX, IT, Facilities/REWS, Security, and Operations to ship reliable, measurable outcomes. Leverage best practices from major co-working/flexible office environments to inform scalable, user-centric workplace solutions.

Required Technical Skills

Analytics & Data: GA/Amplitude/Looker/Tableau and SQL; KPI design, funnels, and A/B testing. Product Development: Advanced Agile/Scrum; crisp PRDs/user stories; backlog and release management. Integrations: APIs/webhooks; SSO/auth (SAML, OAuth); enterprise platforms (e.g., HRIS/ITSM/collaboration suites). UI/UX Collaboration: Figma (or similar); responsive design and accessibility best practices. Workplace Tech & IoT: Booking systems, occupancy tracking, RTLS/wayfinding, device/workflow orchestration. Applied AI/ML: Recommendations, allocation/forecasting models, or computer vision in workplace contexts. Security & Compliance: GDPR/SOC 2 principles; enterprise data governance and privacy-by-design.

Preferred Background

Designed/launched enterprise SaaS for workplace/facilities or property technology at global scale. Worked for or built solutions for one of the major co-working and flexible office providers. Experience in multinational operations with distributed teams and complex stakeholder landscapes. Familiarity with transportation/parking programs, culinary/services operations, and building/facilities management software.
