Senior Product Manager

to join the team in multiple U.S. locations. You will build and lead technological products and data solutions that enable efficient, secure, and sustainable management of Boeing’s global real estate and facilities portfolio. This role owns product strategy, delivery, and lifecycle across a broad scope of systems such as space and occupancy, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Building Automation Systems and Operational Technology (BAS and OT) integrations, inventory/parts management, drawing/CAD, capital planning, and analytics. The Product Manager partners with Enterprise Services Transformation, real estate, facilities operations, finance, Information Technology (IT), external vendors, and service providers to deliver data-driven tools that optimize space, reduce cost, improve employee experience, and support enterprise objectives. Position Responsibilities

Define, own, and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) and Boeing Enterprise objectives (space optimization, service efficiency, sustainability, cost reduction, and employee experience).

Develop product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and business cases to prioritize investments across initiatives and external partners.

Lead product lifecycle from discovery PRFAQ or business case through design, development, release, and ongoing optimization.

Manage product backlog, translate stakeholder needs into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering, IT, User Experience (UX), Development Operations (DevOps), and vendor teams to deliver iteratively.

Architect and prioritize integrations across systems (e.g., Corrigo, Zeus, Procore, Ariba, Serraview data lake, CoStar lease ledgers).

Work with enterprise architecture, security, and data engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, including Single Sign On (SSO), data residency, and compliance across geographies.

Drive master data strategy and design of a GREF data warehouse to unify assets, locations, leases, work order history, inventory, drawing metadata, and financials.

Partner with data engineers and data scientists to deliver occupancy analytics, forecasting, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and sustainability metrics.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, real estate planners, Project Management and Change Management (PMCM), Integrated Facility Management (IFM), finance, Human Resources (HR), IT and external vendors (Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), CBRE, SDI, Compass Group, software vendors) to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage vendor scope and delivery.

Represent product status and trade-offs to senior leadership and global regions; ensure global rollout plans meet regional contractual and operational requirements.

Incorporate lease accounting, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and capital/operational budgeting into prioritization and business cases.

Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): space utilization, MAC cycle time, asset uptime, MTTR, cost per sq ft, CMMS adoption, parts fulfillment SLA, project delivery metrics, and sustainability outcomes.

Drive adoption through stakeholder enablement, training plans, launch communications, and feedback mechanisms.

Measure and iterate based on operational outcomes.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree or higher

10+ years of experience in Product Leadership, Product Operations, Product Management or Agile Project Management role

5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management

5+ years of experience in global real estate or facilities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or technical certifications (cloud, data engineering, facilities management)

Experience with corporate real estate, workplace technology, facilities management, IFM, or enterprise CMMS deployment

Experience with integrations across CMMS, BAS/OT, ERP/Procurement systems (Ariba), project systems (Procore), and IoT/sensor platforms

Experience building data warehouses, master data management, and analytics products; proficiency with SQL and BI tools

Experience with lease accounting (ASC 842 / IFRS 16), capital planning, and portfolio-level financial modeling

Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships and global rollouts; familiarity with SSO, data residency, and privacy/regulatory constraints

Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; adept at prioritizing across many high-value initiatives
