As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will work closely with team members across multiple divisions, as well as occasionally interact with internal and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications
Post and reconcile daily cash receipts, ensuring payments are applied accurately to customer accounts and invoices. Assist with month-end close activities and contribute to reporting for the AR team. Monitor unapplied payments and collaborate with accounting staff to ensure proper coding of miscellaneous receipts. Research and resolve payment discrepancies by working with the AR/Credit team and customers. Prepare and maintain monthly compliance reports related to international sales and receipts. Support the Credit team in evaluating accounts and assisting with credit risk management. Perform other AR-related tasks as needed to support smooth financial operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications
Prior Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment. Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct discrepancies.
Salary range: $52,000 - $56,000
