Executive Assistant – New York, NY (HYBRID)
Marquee Brands is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team in the NYC office. The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic administrative partner to the CEO and three other senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities through expert calendar management, communication coordination, travel planning, and administrative support. This individual must be a master multitasker, capable of maintaining discretion, anticipating needs, and operating with a high degree of professionalism.
Marquee Brands owns and manages a portfolio of established global brands across consumer products and channels from luxury goods to sports and active apparel. The team focuses on driving organic growth through natural brand extensions, impactful marketing and direct consumer engagement.
Here’s what you will do here
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and three senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Event & office logistics and meeting coordination. Ensure meetings, conferences, and office spaces are organized, clean, and guest-ready.
- Foster continuous improvement in admin processes. Identify and improve systems, tools, and workflows that impact executive and office support.
- Improve cross-functional coordination. Ensure seamless collaboration between executives, departments, internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain general office files, purchase supplies, and place miscellaneous orders for the executive team and office as needed.
- Oversee the Office Manager and support the office, when applicable.
- Support on ad hoc strategic projects, initiatives, and confidential matters as directed by the executives.
You’re going to need this to carry out this job
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Navan
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Comfortable handling confidential information

Salary: $100,000-$125,000 plus bonus
