Job Responsibilities Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design tailored therapy strategies to support them in reaching their functional ambitions Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to strengthen patients' physical skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Engage with a network of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, holistic care Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers in therapy practices that sustain progress beyond therapy sessions Track and Assess Patient Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued patient advancement Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications are encouraged and financially supported Required Credentials

Current

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

license NBCOT
