PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – 3RD SHIFT

• Shift: 3RD Shift (Monday–Friday)
• Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year + 5–10% Annual Bonus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English): Full bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience communicating effectively with multilingual teams will also be considered.

In this role, you’ll be at the core of a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment, guiding a multi-skilled production team. You will have the autonomy to lead your shift, implement continuous improvement strategies, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coach a team of production employees on the 3rd shift.
• Lead daily shift meetings, monitor progress, and address production delays proactively.
• Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to support team growth and accountability.
• Drive team engagement and performance using Lean principles (experience with 5S/6S is a plus).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment and process challenges.
• Foster a culture of joint problem-solving, respect, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and motivate productive teams.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S/6S, or continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling, reporting, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with process improvements and managing change effectively.
