Job Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our Events Coordinator in planning and executing successful events. You'll help manage all aspects of event preparation, logistics, and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, including property showcases and client meetings. Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and transportation. Track event budgets and ensure cost efficiency. Support vendor management, contracts, and coordination. Prepare and organize event materials, such as signage and promotional items. Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance. Gather and report feedback post-event to assess success and areas for improvement. Qualifications
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools. Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus. Additional Information
