Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for an HR Business Partner II working in Clark, NJ. Pay rate: $40.35/hr Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate Collaboration: Proactively build and manage collaborative relationships with HR COE teams (Talent, Employee Experience, People Development & Learning, Total Rewards) to ensure seamless execution of programs. Program Activation & Management: Lead the activation and adoption of HR programs, resources, and tools, managing communication campaigns to resonate effectively with employees. Drive Communication Strategy: Develop and project manage communication strategies for all HR pillars (Talent, Employee Experience, Total Rewards, PDL) to ensure engagement and widespread adoption. Talent Management Project Leadership: End-to-End Process Management: Project manage the organization and facilitation of critical talent processes such as People Reviews, succession planning, mobility, and development planning across the HR team. Talent Planning Coordination: Lead the coordination of divisional calibration discussions for talent planning efforts and analyze key themes for strategic insights. Special Project Management: Take the lead in managing specific HR projects for NEO, from conception to completion, as needed. Employee Experience & Learning Initiative Management: Engagement Initiative Leadership: Lead our NEO Career Squad to define, plan, and animate key employee events and learning moments throughout the year, ensuring successful execution and impact. Total Rewards: Compensation Cycle Management: Co-facilitate and project manage compensation-related activities, such as Year-End Review (YER), including detailed compensation analysis and budget oversight. Headcount Management: Support headcount management processes and prepare documentation for budget meetings. What We Are Looking For: Education: Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within global, multi-national companies, with demonstrated ability to manage and drive HR projects. Skills: Demonstrated leadership, communication (verbal/written), negotiation, presentation, facilitation, organization, and interpersonal skills. High degree of emotional intelligence, intellect, and operational prowess. Strong strategic thinking with in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and trends (talent management, recruitment, assessment, career management). Ability to lead through influence and navigate solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Sense of urgency and results/service orientation with a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness; comfortable operating with ambiguity.
