• Participate in internal knowledge sharing
• Occasional after-hours support may be required

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of IT support or help desk experience (preferred)
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
