Join AWS as a Senior Consultant in Marketing Technology & Customer Experience Transformation.

This role is pivotal in assisting enterprise customers in reimagining their customer engagement strategies and optimizing marketing performance using AWS Services, ISV Partner solutions, and AI/ML capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with Fortune 500 customers to address marketing technology modernization, unify customer data, and implement AI-driven personalization at scale. As a trusted advisor, you will lead the transformation of MarTech ecosystems utilizing cloud-native architectures and modern data strategies. Responsibilities include: Customer Transformation Leadership

Lead intricate Composable Customer 360 and MarTech transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 enterprises. Architect and craft comprehensive Customer Experience Platforms, encompassing customer data platforms (CDPs) and AI-driven personalization engines. Design marketing data foundations utilizing modern principles to create composable architectures. Implement cross-platform activation strategies and orchestrate omnichannel customer journeys.

Business Development & Pre-Sales

Collaborate with AWS sales teams to formulate strategies and identify MarTech transformation opportunities. Create and deliver executive presentations and workshops for senior stakeholders. Develop compelling project proposals and solution architectures that meet client needs. Establish trusted relationships with CMOs, CDOs, and leaders in marketing technology.

Industry Ecosystem Development

Build strategic partnerships across the MarTech ecosystem, including major platforms like Salesforce and Adobe. Work with AWS product teams to advance industry-specific product capabilities. Collaborate with Amazon Advertising to create integrated customer solutions. Assist in creating sales plays to enable field teams and customer success managers.

Thought Leadership & Market Development

Generate thought leadership content on AI-driven customer experience transformation. Present insights and trends at industry conferences to boost AWS's market presence. Collaborate with alliance teams to empower MarTech-focused system integrators. Communicate customer requirements to AWS engineering and influence product roadmaps.

Basic Qualifications: 5+ years in marketing technology transformations, focusing on Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). 5+ years in cloud architecture and implementation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience with 3+ MarTech platforms, including Salesforce and Adobe CDP. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AWS MarTech services is a plus. Background in agency environments or MarTech ISV vendor services. AWS certifications are advantageous. Exceptional communication skills suitable for all audiences. The typical base pay for this position ranges from $138,200 to $239,000 per year, depending on geographic market and experience. Additional forms of compensation and benefits are offered.
