Microsoft Teams Architect

Microsoft Teams Architect & AudioCodes Engineer Location: Remote Our client is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Teams Architect & AudioCodes Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft Teams voice solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Teams, SIP, VoIP, session border controllers, and all facets of enterprise call routing. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Microsoft Teams voice solutions , including direct routing and operator connect. Deploy, configure, and maintain AudioCodes session border controllers (SBCs) , media packs, routing manager, and voice operations center. Integrate Teams with existing telephony infrastructure , ensuring seamless interoperability with PBXs, PSTN, and SIP trunking. Strong knowledge of the emergency calling requirements within the United States . Architect solutions based on industry standards and vendor best practices for Teams Voice, security, and compliance. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of voice-related issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement UC solutions. Conduct assessments, audits, and optimizations to enhance Teams voice performance. Develop documentation, training materials , and provide technical support. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft Teams telephony solutions . Expertise with AudioCodes SBCs including configuration, troubleshooting, and SIP call flow analysis. Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, PSTN, and PBX systems . Experience with PowerShell scripting for Teams automation and configuration. Familiarity with networking concepts including QoS, firewalls, NAT, and VPNs. Microsoft Certifications such as MS-700 (Managing Microsoft Teams) or MS-720 (Teams Voice Engineer) preferred. AudioCodes ACE Certifications (e.g., ACA, ACP) are a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
