Job Responsibilities Design Personalized Care Plans: Assess patient needs and develop tailored therapy strategies that facilitate their achievement of specific goals Implement Effective Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-driven methods to boost patients' physical abilities, cognitive function, and overall daily activities Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded care Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers effective techniques to empower continued progress outside the clinical setting Document and Monitor Patient Progress: Evaluate clinical results and modify therapy plans as needed to keep patients on track Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported Licensure & Certifications
